How do I log in?
Depending on the type of supporter you are, there are several ways to login.
You can log in through:

Your individual, fundraising page, team page, or campaign landing page

Email prompts from donation receipts, monthly donations, fundraising page notifications or through lovetotherescue.org.
Why do I need a log in?
As a supporter, there are many things that can be managed. All of this information is tied to your Supporter Dashboard.
When you log in to your supporter account you can manage your monthly donations, resend yourself a receipt, update personal information, manage your individual or team pages.
What is a Supporter Dashboard?
A Supporter Dashboard is your one-stop shop for all of your donor activity. This includes donation history, monthly donation management, personal information, and individual/team fundraising page management.
A Supporter Dashboard is created in our system according to your email address. For more information on getting logged in to manage your Supporter Dashboard please refer to this support article.
How do I reset my password?
In the case that you forget your password, you can easily reset your password by selecting Forgot Password? If your email address is found within our system, a Reset Your Password email will be emailed to you. Click the Reset Your Password link and proceed to update your password. More information on this process can be found here.
What are the password requirements?
Your password will need to consist of the following:
-Minimum of 8 characters
-At least 1 letter
-At least 1 number
-At least 1 special character: ~"\'!?@#$%&*()-_=+{};:,.>[]
Is there an age requirement for an account?
According to federal policy from the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Supporter Dashboards cannot be created by anyone below 13 years of age. More information on this policy can be found here.
How can I fix an incorrect email address?
If your email is entered incorrectly, please contact Donor Support so that your information can be updated.
Is there a session time limit?
After 8 hours of inactivity, you will be logged out of the system automatically.
